Climate change is perhaps the greatest challenge facing humanity today. It is a reality we cannot escape or ignore.

It is the result of our actions today, and our actions yesterday. Its effects will be felt not only by us, but by our children, and by our children’s children.

It impacts us all, but far too often its impact is felt most by the poor and the needy, those least able to bear its burden.

It is not something we can change overnight, but it is something we can act on today.

At Help the Planet our mission is simple:

Help the Planet is a new initiative of Sharp Tack Productions. Sharp Tack Productions was founded in 1988 as theatre-in-education company. Since then our educational theatre productions and videos that have been seen by close to 200,000 young people in schools in Australia, Europe and America.

Today we see climate change as a challenge that is too big to ignore. It’s a challenge we feel passionate about. This is why we have brought all the skills we’ve developed over the past 20 years together to form Help the Planet. .

We hope to make a difference.

We promise to do the best we can to combat climate change and wont ask much of you.

But we will ask that you do something.

And we hope you do it today.
